Tanoa Hotels Supports “Bin it or bag it” Campaign

Tonoa Hotels is proud to support the Tourism Fiji campaign encouraging people not litter on Fjij beaches. The campaign asks people to put waste in a bin and ‘If you can’t bin it, bag it’.

With the support of Tanoa Hotels Tourism Fiji have been able to order a large number of purpose made bags for distribution right across Fiji.

CEO Brent Hill said this is important as tourism relies heavily on our environment. “We are custodians of our lands and oceans,” Mr Hill said.

“Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword for us — it is vital for our and the next generation, to continue to enjoy beautiful Fiji. Our journey towards sustainability begins at home.

“We want to encourage everyone – tourists and locals, to play their part in keeping rubbish where it belongs – in the bin.”
