Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to event inquiries and convert them into bookings.
- Prepare and follow up on invoices, payments, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
- Coordinate accommodations for event attendees.
- Oversee and assist in event setup, staffing, and delivery.
- Inspect event spaces for cleanliness and functionality.
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage for meal schedules.
- Supervise and execute (when needed) event logistics from setup to breakdown.
- Conduct post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills/Attributes:
- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask, be flexible and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of event setups, AV equipment, and catering.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
